Hey! And today, I bring to you another JSBT post! For those of you unaware, Just Some Bibliophilic Things is a weekly meme hosted by Riddhi @Whispering Stories!
This Week’s Question: Name a book which is written by an author who lives in the same country as you do. Now, review it in short.
I’d go with The Girl In Room 105 by Chetan Bhagat.
Rating-
The plot was quite fun, and I have to say, unique. The twist was amazing, like I deep down knew who it was, but had my own doubts, too. The humour of the author was perfect and simple, I was laughing out loud half the time. The characters were also sweet. Another thing I loved was that the author mildly focused on certain topics like terrorism and a bit of religion. Now, the thing I absolutely HATED was the language. Too strong a language, and way too much cussing for my taste, so that kind of ensures that I won’t be picking any more of his books any time soon.
I don’t read Chetan Bhagat, tbh. Thanks for participating!!

Yeah, he is quite famous for his language, not many do! Even I was reluctant at first to pick it up, ngl.
And my pleasure!
